We encountered several frustrating issues during our visit. First, the bathroom in our suite frequently flooded during showers, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there seemed to be a very stringent policy regarding stains on towels and sheets, which added unnecessary stress when a towel was found on our terrace and we were told we must pay for it. Lastly, the breakfast experience felt rushed. the staff hovered and pushed menus onto us, which was not the relaxed ambiance we were hoping for.

The nearby local eats like Lokal Warung just 0.0 km away served up some top-notch dishes that kept my taste buds dancing. Plus, the staff were so accommodating, moving us to a spacious first-floor room after we mentioned the stair situation.

A lovely haven tucked away in Ubud! The staff were genuinely accommodating, even assisting with laundry. My deluxe room was charming—featuring colorful textiles and a serene balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoyed the peaceful ambiance while still being close to the vibrant heart of Ubud. Perfect for relaxation, yoga, or spa treatments.

my stay at ubud aura wellness sanctuary was fantastic! the staff were super welcoming and made check-in a breeze. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection of healthy options. the location is perfect, just a short walk to yoga barn and some amazing restaurants. plus, i loved indulging in a soothing full body massage during my visit, what a treat!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to various restaurants and cafes. The staff stands out for their friendliness and attentiveness, making the experience much more enjoyable. Although the pool was under renovations, they kindly arranged access to a nearby hotel pool, which was a pleasant surprise. Enjoying the hand-cut beef tartare at the on-site restaurant was a highlight as well.

the outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day. i wish the breakfast had more options for lunch.

Excellent place with friendly staff, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and great massage options. I remember how they helped me print some documents on my first stay. I’ll definitely return for my next city break!

I loved the complimentary full body massage and the spacious suite with amazing air conditioning, but I wish lunch and dinner options were available. Would definitely return!
